Job Summary:
The Marketing Professional is responsible for promoting Toyota vehicles and services by driving sales initiatives, executing marketing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role focuses on lead generation, negotiation, and customer engagement to achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive and customer-centric buying experience in line with Toyota’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Implement marketing and sales activities to promote Toyota products and dealership programs.
- Generate leads through various channels, including showroom walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Provide professional and customer-focused assistance throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Present product features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
- Brand Representation & Compliance:
- Represent Toyota Dipolog in a professional manner, upholding brand values and ethical sales practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing standardsm and customer service guidelines.
