We’re excited to share that some of your vehicle license plates are now ready for collection at Toyota Dipolog. You can pick up your plates during our business hours at your earliest convenience.

To streamline your visit, please ensure you bring the required documents based on your status as either the registered owner or a representative. Here’s what you need to know;

For Registered Owners:

• One valid identification: This can be a driver’s license or any other government-issued ID.
• A copy of the vehicle’s Certificate of Registration: This confirms the ownership and details of your vehicle.

For Representatives Collecting on Behalf of the Registered Owner:

• Authorization Letter: A letter from the registered owner authorizing you to claim the plate.
• Photocopy of one valid ID of the registered owner: The ID should have three signatures for verification.
• One valid ID of the representative: This is required to process the collection.
• A copy of the vehicle’s Certificate of Registration: To validate the vehicle’s details.
