Job Summary:
The TSURE Marketing Professional is responsible for promoting Toyota’s TSURE programs and services, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth through effective marketing strategies. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing program adoption through persuasive communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Promote Toyota TSURE programs and services to customers through various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase program awareness and adoption.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with dealership goals.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information about TSURE products and services and guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach in all marketing activities.
- Sales Support & Negotiation:
- Assist in sales presentations and customer negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Support the sales team in upselling TSURE programs and services.
- Track and report customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and service delivery.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to TSURE programs.
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for program growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and program performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
