Job Summary:
As the After Sales Manager at Toyota Dipolog, you will oversee and manage all after-sales operations, including service, maintenance, and parts. Your role is crucial in ensuring high customer satisfaction and maximizing the dealership’s revenue from after-sales services. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the parts inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary parts for service tasks while managing stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage procurement, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the after-sales departments, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and performance indicators to make data-driven decisions that improve the financial health of after-sales operations.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for the growth and development of after-sales services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive practices to continually enhance service offerings.
