Job Summary:
The Management Trainee is designed to develop future leaders within Toyota Dipolog by providing hands-on exposure to dealership operations, with a strong focus on auto servicing management, leadership development, and customer satisfaction. This role prepares the trainee for supervisory or managerial positions through structured training, rotational assignments, and performance-based learning, while upholding Toyota’s standards of quality, efficiency, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Training:
- Participate in rotational assignments across service and related departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership operations.
- Assist in monitoring daily service operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Leadership Development:
- Support supervisors and managers in leading service teams and coordinating workflow.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by guiding team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Customer Service & Experience:
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist in implementing customer-centric initiatives to improve service quality and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Observe, analyze, and recommend improvements in service processes and operational performance.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to service operations and training progress.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Uphold Toyota’s service standards, safety policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership objectives.
