Job Summary:
The Sales Training Staff is responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales team. This role combines training facilitation, analytical evaluation, and creative content development to ensure effective learning initiatives aligned with Toyota Dipolog’s sales objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Development:
- Design, conduct, and facilitate sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure sales personnel are equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Training Materials & Graphic Design:
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and visual content using graphic design tools.
- Support training initiatives through well-designed learning aids, digital materials, and promotional content.
- Performance Analysis & Evaluation:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify training needs and skills gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements based on analytical findings.
- Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with sales management to align training programs with business goals.
- Assist in onboarding and continuous development of new and existing sales staff.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare training reports, assessments, and recommendations for management review.
- Stay updated on sales trends, training methods, and Toyota standards to continuously improve training delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Training experience
- Adept in graphic design
- Strong analytical skills
